We are seeking a seasoned AI professional to lead the development of innovative, scalable AI solutions. As part of our cross-functional team, you will work on cutting-edge projects involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, and end-to-end MLOps workflows.Key responsibilities include translating complex business problems into AI solutions from scratch, including architecture design and approach selection. You will also be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions with focus on scalability and reliability.A successful candidate will have hands-on experience working with early LLM architectures (BERT, RoBERTa, GPT-2, T5, or similar transformer models) and a proven track record of deploying LLM-based models to production environments.Strong software engineering fundamentals, expertise-level Python programming, and experience with Azure cloud services and containerization for AI/ML workloads are required. Additionally, experience with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum development practices is necessary.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both data science methodologies and production system design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential for success in this role.Responsibilities:Analyze business problems and design AI solutions from scratchDesign, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutionsImplement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and fine-tuning techniquesBuild and integrate AI frameworks and agentic systemsApply advanced prompt engineering techniques and output post-processing strategiesDesign and implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelinesLead end-to-end project delivery and mentor junior engineersRequirements:6+ years total experience with at least 1 year as a Data Scientist and remaining years in ML/AI Engineering or MLOps rolesProven experience working with early LLM architecturesDemonstrable track record of deploying LLM-based models to production environmentsExpert-level Python programming and strong software engineering fundamentalsExperience with Azure cloud services and containerization for AI/ML workloadsHands-on experience with MLOps tools and practicesStrong understanding of both data science methodologies and production system designExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThis role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to best practices in AI development.
