Job OverviewThe Datacenter Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality technical solutions and resolving complex issues across large-scale environments.Deliver customer engagements and provide support for large-scale solutions through deep domain expertise.Drive technology transitions by influencing solution design and service adoption.Build simulations to validate complex issues, troubleshoot compatibility concerns, and support solution delivery.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to problem resolution and act as a technical escalation point.Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose complex issues and drive resolution.Provide expert guidance to address advanced challenges.Maintain a strong team culture.Develop skills across core and adjacent technologies.Engage with customers to plan, install, configure, integrate, and optimize Cisco technologies.Support pre-sales efforts and translate business requirements into technical designs.Monitor and troubleshoot network systems for optimal performance.Required Skills:Expertise with Cisco Nexus Data Center technologies.Understanding of IP routing protocols.Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Nexus platforms.Knowledge of HSRP and VRRP.Familiarity with Cisco router platforms and VPN technologies.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and datacenter issues.Understanding of encryption standards.Proficiency with tools including Excel, PuTTY, SecureCRT, Notepad++, VS Code, Windows CMD, Linux, and web browser usage.
