Role Summary: 

Bhive Workspace is looking for a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong conceptual thinker with excellent design skills, capable of bringing Bhive’s brand vision to life across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Key Deliverables: 

• Develop and drive innovative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and performance ads, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistency across digital, social, in-center, and other platforms.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align creative work with overall business strategy and present concepts to stakeholders.

• Maintain and enhance BHIVE’s brand identity, exploring new ways to elevate the brand’s presence in the market.


Qualifications:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in a creative role.

• Proven experience in leading successful brand campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Expertise in print, digital and social media platforms, with a deep understanding of how to engage audiences across various channels.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly.

• Having Photography skills would be an added advantage
