Our solutions are focused on modern technologies and are enabled by a scientific, data-driven system called Decision Mines for Digital Excellence Job Description - Brand Manager / Project Manager – Paid Media (Search, Social, Programmatic) Experience Required: 10+ years Job Summary We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and process-driven Brand Manager / Project Manager to lead and manage paid media initiatives across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels. This role acts as the central point of coordination between internal channel specialists and the client team, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly, on time, and aligned with brand goals. You’ll oversee the project support to client in night shift, while maintaining strong client relationships and internal team efficiency. Key Responsibilities Project & Process Management Lead day-to-day management of paid media projects across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic teams. Develop and manage project timelines, briefs, deliverables, and dependencies. Create standardized processes and workflows across channels to ensure quality and consistency in campaign execution. Drive weekly sprint plans, work allocation, and campaign launch calendars. Monitor project progress, proactively flag delays, and troubleshoot process bottlenecks. Client & Brand Management Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and client-side stakeholders. Deeply understand client business objectives, product offerings, competitive landscape, and brand nuances. Lead internal and client meetings, including briefs, campaign updates, and post-campaign reporting sessions. Translate client feedback and priorities into actionable tasks for the paid media teams. Cross-Channel Collaboration Work closely with Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic executives and Sr. executives to activate campaigns, optimize them and ensure KPIs are met. Ensure data, creative assets, pixels/tags, and tracking systems are in place and coordinated across platforms. Quality & Performance Oversight Oversee the quality of media execution and ensure final output meets brand standards. Coordinate integrated performance reviews across channels, focusing on insights, learnings, and strategic next steps. Support planning and media recommendations for upcoming campaigns and brand initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in digital marketing project management or brand management within a media agency or digital marketing team. Strong understanding of performance media channels—Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Amazon DSP, etc.—and their role in driving brand and business outcomes. Experience working with media teams across multiple digital platforms (Search, Social, Programmatic). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams concurrently. Strong client communication and stakeholder management experience. Proven experience in building processes, managing workflows, and improving team operations. Familiarity with reporting platforms, marketing analytics, tracking infrastructure, and ad operations is a plus. Exceptional organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Preferred : Agency-side experience managing large-scale multi-channel campaigns. Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com for project/task management. Working knowledge of UTM frameworks, tag managers, and cross-channel attribution concepts.
