ServiceNow Technical ArchitectA highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect is needed to design and deliver solutions that meet specific business challenges.Key Responsibilities:Main duties of a Senior Technical Architect include:Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical designs for ServiceNow solutions.End-to-End Architecture: Own the overall ServiceNow solution architecture, designing data models, workflows, and integrations while ensuring compatibility with existing platform configurations.Module Implementation: Lead configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet requirements.Integration & Data Management: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using integration tools and APIs.Technical Leadership: Act as technical lead for ServiceNow implementation teams, providing guidance and resolving design questions.Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and participate in system testing and user acceptance testing.Deployment & Support Transition: Plan and coordinate go-live activities, creating documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.Post-Implementation Optimization: Monitor solution performance and adoption, identifying opportunities for improvement.Preferred Qualifications:Leadership Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably with leadership roles in complex ServiceNow implementations or consulting across multiple client environments.Module Expertise: Experience with a broad range of ServiceNow modules and integrations, demonstrating versatility and ability to drive solutions in various domains.Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus, indicating ability to build custom scoped applications and advanced configurations.Industry Expertise: While industry-agnostic, experience tailoring ServiceNow solutions for specific sectors can be advantageous.Project Management: Experience acting as a Solution Architect or Lead Developer in large-scale ServiceNow projects for global organizations or Fortune 500 companies.Benefits:Collaborative Environment: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.Professional Growth: Enthusiastic about continuous learning, with an ability to adapt to the platform's evolving features.Problem-Solving: Creative and resourceful in solving problems, able to troubleshoot issues on the ServiceNow platform and identify root causes.
