Best NanoTech is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Gurugram, India. This is an onsite role for professionals with a strong background in IT Technical recruitment for US.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and validate candidates for client IT roles across U.S. Geography.Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, W2, and full-time positionsBuild and maintain pipelines across IT domains including:Software DevelopmentCybersecuritySemi conductorData AnalyticsCloud Computing & InfrastructureNetworking & Systems AdministrationCollaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targetsUtilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools effectivelyRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in U.S. IT recruitmentProven success in placing candidates across contract, W2, and full-time rolesStrong understanding of U.S. work visa categories (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)Expertise in recruiting across specialized IT verticalsProficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and sourcing strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Educational Background:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering/BCA or a related technical fieldTechnical education that supports deeper understanding of IT roles and terminologyWhy Join Best Nanotech:Competitive compensation and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to grow in a dynamic, global recruitment environment
