🚀 We're Hiring: Technical Project Manager (Python/AWS Platform)

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead cloud-based development initiatives involving Python and AWS technologies. If you're passionate about managing high-impact projects and collaborating with talented engineering teams to build scalable, automation-driven solutions, we’d love to hear from you.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Python/AWS engineers developing automation bots, analytics pipelines, and client-facing services.
  • Oversee development efforts across system maintenance, feature enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Act as the primary bridge between engineering, stakeholders, and leadership—translating business requirements into actionable technical plans.
  • Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful on-time delivery.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Monitor system reliability, test coverage, and deployment pipelines, ensuring adherence to CI/CD and cloud-native best practices.
  • Support design discussions focused on distributed, event-driven architectures.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular, clear reporting on project progress, resource allocation, and outcomes to leadership.


✅ Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager in cloud-based software development.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS) and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with Python-based development workflows (ability to engage technically is a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Skilled at translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Experience managing infrastructure projects using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
