Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic ERP Software Regional Manager to oversee and manage the sales operations for our ERP solutions in key regions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in ERP software sales,

- handling end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation,

- direct and channel sales, application demonstrations, and closing deals.

- You will play a crucial role in building relationships with enterprise clients and ensuring the successful closure of deals and payment collection.

Qualifications and Requirements


- **Education**: BE/BTech in Engineering; MBA is preferred.

- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in ERP software sales, with expertise in managing the full sales cycle for enterprise clients.

- **Sales Expertise**: Strong track record in direct and channel sales, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.

- **Industry Knowledge**: Experience selling ERP solutions in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and pharmaceuticals.

- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication, capable of building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM for pipeline management and reporting.

- **Location**: Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, Mumbai, or Chennai, with the ability to travel across the assigned region as needed.
