Job Description:Seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Architect with extensive experience in application modernization and cloud-native engineering to lead modernization programs and transform legacy systems into scalable, secure, and cloud-optimized solutions.As a hands-on architect, you will develop modernization roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and transformation strategies while evaluating technology landscapes and recommending re-hosting, re-platforming, re-factoring, and re-architecting approaches based on industry best practices.Key responsibilities include:Leading the modernization of legacy .NET/monolithic applications into microservices, event-driven, API-first, and cloud-native architecturesDeveloping modernization roadmaps, architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and transformation strategiesEvaluating technology landscapes and recommending re-hosting, re-platforming, re-factoring, and re-architecting approachesArchitecting modernization platforms capable of migrating applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP cloudsDesigning enterprise-grade solutions using .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, gRPC, DDD, and clean architectureScalable distributed systems using microservices, EDA, domain-driven design, CQRS, and multi-tier cloud architecturesModernizing legacy WCF/MVC components into modern Web API/REST/gRPC servicesCloud Native Architecture (AWS, Azure)Architecting, designing, and implementing cloud-native solutions on AWS (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS)Working experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS, Storage, Cosmos DB) and GCP/OCIExecuting migration plans from Azure/On-Prem to AWS and hybrid cloud strategiesApplying cloud best practices for scalability, resiliency, security, and cost optimizationRequired Skills and Qualifications:14+ years of SDLC experience across architecture, design, engineering, and deployment5+ years in an Architect role leading modernization or transformation programsStrong expertise with .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, C#, SOAP/REST, gRPC, SOA, microservices, DDD, EDA, clean architectureStrong experience with full-stack development using React or AngularSolid experience with CI/CD, DevOps, IaC, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE)Strong understanding of distributed system design, performance optimization, caching, messaging systems like MSMQ, SQS, Rabbit MQ, and integration patternsDatabase expertise: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle + NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra)Skilled in unit testing, integration testing, contract testing, and automation frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Jest, Playwright)Expert in defining and engineering NFRs—performance, reliability, scalability, security, observability, compliance—across cloud and on-premise hybrid environmentsBenefits:Opportunity to lead technical teams and influence architecture direction across the organizationExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsCertifications: .NET or Microsoft professional certifications, AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworksOthers:The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills as well as strong communication and stakeholder management capability.],
