We’re now looking for a Center Manager who can lead our Mysuru operations with energy, empathy, and excellence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysuru for a Center Manager at Kritavidya Academy. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with staff and faculty, analyzing operational data, and ensuring efficient center management. The role includes responsibilities in training staff, conducting research for program improvements, and managing sales activities. Additionally, the Center Manager will ensure that high standards of communication and service are maintained. Qualifications Analytical Skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Training and developing staff Strong Research skills Sales acumen and ability to manage sales activities Leadership and team-management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field Experience in the education sector is a plus What You’ll Do · Lead admissions and guide parents toward the right programs. · Supervise counselors, telecallers, and faculty coordinators. · Keep academic and operational processes running smoothly. · Ensure a great student and parent experience every day. · Plan outreach activities with schools, colleges, and partners. What You’ll Bring · 3–6 years’ experience in education, sales, or operations (preferably in coaching centers). · Strong communication in English and Kannada. · Leadership and problem-solving abilities. · Tech-savvy and comfortable managing multiple teams. · A passion for education and student success.
