Senior Developer for Life Science Cloud SolutionsAbout the RoleWe seek a senior developer to join our team and work on creating scalable solutions for healthcare clients using Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce-based applications tailored for the life sciences industry. They will ensure these solutions meet scalability, compliance, and business needs requirements.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & DevelopmentLead the design and development of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions with a focus on Veeva CRM integrations.Build custom Salesforce components aligned with Pharma/MedTech business processes.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Veeva, and other enterprise applications.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.Provide technical leadership to junior developers and guide offshore teams when needed.Best Practices & ComplianceEnsure adherence to Salesforce and Veeva best practices, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g. 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GDPR).Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and maintain technical documentation.Innovation & OptimizationEvaluate new Salesforce and Veeva features and recommend adoption strategies.Optimize performance and scalability of Life Sciences Cloud implementations.Required QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, 2+ years working with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (Pharma, MedTech, Health)Strong expertise in Veeva CRM (Sales, Medical, Events Management) and exposure to Veeva Vault.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, OmnistudioExperience with Salesforce Connect, APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft/ETL tools)Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and compliance requirements for regulated industriesCertifications (preferred):Salesforce Platform Developer IISalesforce Industries (Vlocity/Omnistudio) certificationVeeva CRM Administrator/Developer certificationSalesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud certificationPreferred AttributesBackground in Pharma, Biotechnology, or MedTech domainStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work in Agile delivery modelsExperience mentoring or leading technical teams
