The job is focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions for Dynamics 365 CE, utilizing strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 CE modules to meet business needs. This includes implementing custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations. The role also requires developing and enhancing CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources.In addition, the candidate will be expected to build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations. Integration with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware is also a key responsibility.The Power Platform Development aspect of this role involves building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages using Dataverse. Enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows) must also be developed. Furthermore, implementing Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines, and environment strategy is crucial.The Technical Architecture & Design component of this role requires participation in solution architecture with Architects and Leads. Creating high-level and low-level design documents, data models, and integration mappings is essential. Ensuring adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns, and security & compliance standards is also critical.Required Skills & QualificationsCore Technical Expertise:5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.Strong development experience with:C#, .NET Framework/Core (Good to have)JavaScript, TypeScriptPlugins, Custom Workflow ActivitiesPCF Controls (preferred)Hands-on experience with Dataverse schema design & security.Strong understanding of Solution Architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutions.Power Platform Skills:Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)Power Automate (Cloud & BPF)Power Platform ALM/PipelinesIntegration & Azure Skills:Experience integrating D365 with:Azure Service BusAzure Logic AppsREST/SOAP APIsWebhooks & Azure FunctionsFamiliarity with Azure AD, OAuth2, and application registrations.Professional Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.Capable of working independently or as part of a distributed multi-vendor team.Passion for learning new technologies and staying aligned with Microsoft's product roadmap.BenefitsThis is a great opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in the field of Dynamics 365 CE.
