Responsibilities: 

∙Bookkeeping: 

oRecord day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. 

oVerify that transactions are recorded accurately in the correct accounts. 

oConduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements to 

ensure accuracy. 

oAssist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance 

sheets, and cash flow statements. 

∙Data Entry: 

oInput all financial transactions, invoices, and purchase orders into the accounting 

system. 

oEnsure data integrity and maintain an organized filing system for financial records. 

∙Reporting: 

oGenerate regular financial reports for management review. 

oCollaborate with the finance team to provide reports and insights for budgeting and 

forecasting. 

oAssist in preparing tax-related documents and reports as needed. 

∙General Administrative Support: 

oSupport the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed. 

oRespond to finance-related inquiries from other departments or external vendors. 

Requirements: 

∙Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role. 

∙Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). 

∙Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail. 

∙Knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures. 

∙Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality. 

∙Strong organizational and time-management skills.
