Cloud Native Service DeveloperAs a Cloud Native Service Developer at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure. Your expertise in secure API development, data privacy practices, and agile team collaboration will be essential in delivering end-to-end solutions across data pipelines, orchestration, and service APIs.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop public APIs and SDKs for consumption by internal and external developers, ensuring high performance and reliability.Embedding robust security controls to protect sensitive data and ensure secure access to AI services is crucial.Mentoring junior developers, encouraging continuous learning, and contributing to a culture of innovation are vital aspects of this role.You will contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions to ensure engineering excellence.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in platform or cloud-native service development using Microsoft and .NET technologies. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and associated PaaS services, strong expertise in RESTful API design, versioning, testing, and lifecycle management, and proficiency in securing APIs, managing authentication/authorization, and data privacy practices are necessary.Achieving AI excellence requires:Strong knowledge or experience in working with various ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning)Knowledge of AI ethics and regulations (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act), and commitment to responsible AI development.Fluent in developing code using AI Tools such as GitHub Copilot. Must be able to use prompt engineering to carry out multiple development tasks.Familiarity with AI standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A).
