We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing manufacturing and quality processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement SAP S/4HANA PP and QM solutions to enhance manufacturing and quality operations.Configure production planning processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Quality Management processes like Quality Planning, Inspection, and Notifications.Analyze business processes to identify gaps and develop strategies for seamless integration with other SAP modules.Migrate data from legacy systems to ensure smooth transition and minimize disruptions.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and performance.Provide end-user training and create documentation for functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.Identify opportunities for process improvements leveraging S/4HANA innovations like embedded analytics and Fiori apps.Troubleshoot issues related to PP/QM processes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a master's degree being preferred.5-7 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects completed successfully.Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or the power sector is highly desirable.Proven expertise in managing custom applications, cloud-based solutions, or third-party software implementations.
