About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced talent acquisition professional to lead our in-house recruitment team.This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, with leadership responsibilities to guide recruitment initiatives and mentor team members.This position involves end-to-end IT recruitment for diverse technical roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with organizational needs, as well as acting as a trusted adviser to stakeholders offering insights on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.Lead and manage IT recruitment campaigns to attract top talent, ensuring compliance with Talent Acquisition SOPs and accurate data entry into the ATS.Mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and providing guidance on sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.Handle complex and high-priority requisitions independently, from sourcing to onboarding, staying informed about industry trends and recruitment tools to continuously refine sourcing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop effective recruitment solutions.
