Quality Assurance TesterJob Title: Quality Assurance TesterWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and exploratory testing, as well as strong communication skills.The successful candidate will work closely with the engineering team to identify, document, and track bugs, and provide regular updates to clients on issue status and resolution timelines.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced startup environment and make a direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities:Perform manual and exploratory testing across all platform channels (WhatsApp, email, voice, web chat)Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction stepsValidate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releasesDevelop and maintain test cases for new and existing featuresClient Communication & Support:Respond to client-reported issues promptly and professionallyInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client concernsProvide regular updates to clients on issue status and resolution timelinesEscalate critical issues appropriately and keep stakeholders informedTechnical Collaboration:Work closely with the engineering team to report and prioritize bugsProvide detailed bug reports with logs, screenshots, and contextual informationParticipate in sprint reviews and planning sessionsCollaborate on root cause analysis for recurring issuesRequired Skills & QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Experience with SaaS or customer service platformsExposure to automation testing toolsUnderstanding of conversational AI or chatbot systemsExperience in client-facing rolesBenefitsFully remote position – work from anywhereOpportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologyFast-paced startup environment with real ownershipDirect impact on product quality and customer satisfactionAbout Us
