Are you an experienced printing professional ready to take charge of high-end production? We are looking for a Senior Printing Technologist who can bring technical mastery and leadership to our offset and digital printing operations. If you have the expertise to run precision-driven machinery, ensure color accuracy, and maintain smooth production flow, this opportunity is for you


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end offset printing operations, from setup to finishing.
  • Operate and maintain advanced printing presses (Heidelberg, Komori, or similar).
  • Ensure quality through accurate ink, plate, and paper feed adjustments.
  • Supervise daily workflows, coordinating with prepress and finishing teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical/machine issues, performing routine upkeep.
  • Guarantee timely deliveries while maintaining top-notch quality standards.
  • Maintain production records, optimize resources, and uphold safety protocols.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma/Vocational qualification in Printing Technology (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in offset printing.
  • Strong knowledge of press operations, troubleshooting, and machine upkeep.
  • Expertise in color theory, layout, and paper handling with proficiency in Mellow & GMI color management systems.
  • Familiarity with prepress workflows and finishing processes.
  • Background in labeling/packaging printing preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting.
