Responsible AI EngineerAbout the Role:A seasoned Responsible AI Expert is sought to ensure ethical development and deployment of AI models across the enterprise.Evaluate AI/ML, LLM, and GenAI models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness using industry-standard frameworks.Conduct thorough red-teaming, safety testing, and adversarial analysis across AI pipelines to identify potential risks.Perform regular pre-deployment, post-deployment, and continuous model audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.Operationalize and implement RAI principles based on NIST AI RMF, OECD, ISO/IEC 42001, and other relevant guidelines.Collaborate closely with data scientists, legal, compliance, and product teams to enforce responsible AI lifecycle checkpoints and ensure seamless integration.Ensure all AI/ML systems deployed across cloud providers meet stringent data residency, compliance, and ethical standards.Develop or integrate tools for model explainability, fairness, and privacy to provide transparency and accountability.Leverage LLM-specific evaluation frameworks and documentation skills to create accurate and informative reports.Produce high-quality model cards, system cards, and impact assessments to support informed decision-making.
