Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Industrial Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing PLC, SCADA systems, and managing commissioning tasks. The role involves working on cutting-edge automation projects across various industries, focusing on improving efficiency, reliability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement PLC and SCADA systems for industrial automation projects.

• Develop Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) for operator controls and process visualization.

• Perform commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate electrical panel design, installation, and commissioning activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

• Work with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, RS485, Modbus, Profibus, MQTT) for seamless system integration.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support during commissioning and troubleshooting.

• Document and maintain records of project specifications, configurations, and modifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in PLC programming, SCADA development, and commissioning.

• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, RS485, Modbus, Profibus, MQTT).

• Proficiency in designing HMI interfaces and working with industrial software (Siemens WinCC, Allen-Bradley).

• Experience with electrical schematics, wiring, and industrial safety standards.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to find optimum solutions.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
