  • Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Cisco BPA
  • Utilize strong skills in NodeJS, Angular, and Cisco NSO to create robust automation workflows.
  • Apply working knowledge of REST, RESTCONF, and NETCONF protocols in workflow development.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 network technologies.
  • Strong understanding and effective usage of JSONata, TextFSM, and Jade libraries in workflow automation.
  • Optimize and maintain existing workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow automation promptly and effectively.
  • Leverage experience with Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for version control, project management, and collaboration.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices comprehensively, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Knowledge of TMF APIs, Docker, and Red Hat Linux is an additional value.
