About the RoleWe are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Automation Engineers. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions that streamline CAD/CAE workflows, integrate with PLM systems, and drive engineering productivity.As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial part in driving our company's innovation agenda, leveraging your expertise to develop and customize advanced automation tools using CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, CATScript, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, and C++.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate design and simulation workflows across platforms such as CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys, and Abaqus. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating CAD/CAE systems with PLM platforms (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter) for seamless data flow.In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to implement pre-processing and post-processing automation for FEA/CFD workflows, including mesh generation, validation, and report automation. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will enable you to work effectively with global engineering and IT teams to deploy scalable automation solutions.We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals who can contribute to our Agile-based development methodology, manage sprints, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automation tools.The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in CAD/CAE tools (CATIA V5, NX, Creo, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys), proficiency in programming languages (CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, C#, C++), and knowledge of Agile methodology, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required. 5–12 years of experience in CAD/CAE automation and customization is preferred.
