At Loona, taste matters, ownership is expected, and every idea is built to translate into work that actually moves the needle.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not just posting — it's storytelling, positioning, and consistency. This role requires someone who can translate a brand's voice into scroll-stopping content while keeping strategy, timelines, and aesthetics tightly aligned.You will manage multiple brand accounts across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and luxury spaces, working closely with designers, video editors, and strategists to build a strong, cohesive digital presence.QualificationsMust-Have1–3 years of professional social media management experienceStrong understanding of Instagram formats, trends, and platform behaviourExperience planning and executing content calendarsClear, on-brand copywriting skillsAbility to coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teamsComfortable managing multiple brands and deadlinesBasic understanding of social media insights and performance metricsOrganised, dependable, and deadline-drivenComfortable working in a fast-paced agency environmentNice-to-HaveExperience with fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brandsStrong visual sensibility and eye for aestheticsFamiliarity with Meta tools and boosting postsExperience managing influencer or collaboration-led contentWorking knowledge of Canva or similar content tools
