Identity Management ExpertiseWe are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust identity services across on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Design and build solutions for identity services integrating IGA platforms, federation protocols (SAML/OIDC), MFA, NAC, and RBAC.Ensure secure, resilient, and compliant access to systems and services under relevant regulatory frameworks.Leverage SailPoint expertise to drive identity management initiatives forward.Required Technical Skills and Qualifications:L3 proficiency with SailPoint.In-depth knowledge of RADIUS, on-premise MFA applications, and strategies.Familiarity with SSO configurations for internal and external apps using SAML/OIDC.Ability to design resilient identity services with failover and redundancy.Experience with TACACS, ISE, or similar network access control solutions.Knowledge of VPN remote access solutions.Desired Competencies:Aptitude for autonomous learning to stay up-to-date with the demands of the business.Strong communication skills, including presentation and documentation writing.Excellent team working skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a geographically dispersed team.Experience in Agile software development systems and JIRA tools.
