**Senior Statistical Programmer**We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team. As a key member of the programming team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical analysis plans, creating data management systems, and providing technical guidance to junior programmers.To be successful in this role, you must have strong expertise in SDTM, with hands-on experience in SAS and R. You should also have a solid understanding of ADaM and TFL programming, as well as proficiency in oncology study design and implementation.In addition to your technical skills, you should be an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.**Key Responsibilities:**Develop and implement statistical analysis plans and protocolsCreate and maintain data management systems, including data dictionaries and documentationProvide technical guidance and support to junior programmersCollaborate with clinical and programming teams to ensure seamless integration of statistical analysis into trial designs**Requirements:**Strong SDTM expertise, with at least 3 years of experience in SAS and RHands-on experience in oncology study design and implementationProficiency in ADaM and TFL programmingSolid understanding of CDISC standards and regulatory requirements**Nice to Have:**Expert-level SAS skillsAdvanced/Proficient R programming skillsFamiliarity with Agile ways of workingAbility to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Statistical Programmer with a passion for delivering high-quality results, we would love to hear from you
