Where You'll Come InWe're looking for an Technology Consulting Manager to oversee the People Excellence and Delivery Excellence of our team in India. They collaborate with other management personnel, operations and HR teams, and Practices to ensure our India team is well set up to provide excellent service to our clients.What you'll doPeople/Talent Management to include performance reviews, one-on-ones, training & development, performance improvements, retention initiatives, administrative tasks, and support for our recruiting team in Talent AcquisitionSupport Practice Directors through the project placement, onboarding, internal projects, promotion recommendations, and support of initiatives for their teamsSupport key relationships and partnerships for operations and delivery (examples include sourcing organizations, contracted HR, book keeping, etc.)Promoting a team culture that aligns with Tensure's values, behaviors, and normsExecute as a change agent to facilitate and coach initiatives, ensuring employees, teams, and leadership is alignedAdvocates on behalf of team members by securing adequate resources for successEstablish and enforce delivery excellence to our clients by leveraging our existing policies, processes, and frameworks and by recommending improvements and changesEvaluate results within the business unit to determine if organizational objectives are being metCollaborate with HR to ensure employee engagement gifts are provided for celebrations and support (e.g. birthdays, weddings, baby, loss of a loved one, significant life events, etc.)Collaborate with HR to ensure successful employee onboardingCollaborate with HR to ensure team events, such as monthly lunches and quarterly outings do not conflict with client activitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in relevant field required1-2 years relevant work experience in consulting or professional services3-5 years management experienceThorough understanding of professional services consulting in technology.Strong people management and servant-leader skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Some of our PerksMedical, dental, vision & prescription benefits starting day 1Company paid short-term/long-term disability, AD&D and life insuranceWe contribute 3% of your base salary to a 401k (regardless of your contribution)5 weeks Paid Time Off + 11 Company HolidayA transparent pay structure with a clear path to promotionUnderstanding the interview journeyAn initial screening interviewAn interview with our Delivery teamA consulting and culture interviewOffer Letter sent via email (or a decline with feedback)
