Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to support daily operations, monitoring, and administration of key security platforms—Proofpoint Email Security, Saviynt Identity Access Management (IAM/IGA), and CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).About the RoleAssist in user access governance, email threat monitoring, endpoint privilege controls, and basic incident handling.Monitor and triage email security alerts (spam, phishing, malware) on Proofpoint Email Security.Support configuration updates such as policies, URL defense, and impersonation protection on Proofpoint Email Security.Prepare reports on email threats and security trends using data from Proofpoint Email Security.Support user lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications) on Saviynt IAM/IGA.Review access requests and help enforce access approval workflows on Saviynt IAM/IGA.Assist in periodic access certifications and role-based access reviews on Saviynt IAM/IGA.Monitor IAM alerts and help resolve basic access governance issues on Saviynt IAM/IGA.Monitor endpoint privilege escalations and policy enforcement across endpoints on CyberArk EPM.Support the onboarding of new endpoints into EPM policies on CyberArk EPM.Manage least-privilege settings and handle user exceptions on CyberArk EPM.Review endpoint security logs and help respond to suspicious activity on CyberArk EPM.Contribute to incident response by collecting logs, evidence, and performing first-level analysis.Follow established SOPs and update documentation when processes change.Collaborate with security, IT, and operations teams to resolve security issues.Provide user support and drive compliance with security policies.Required Skills and Qualifications1–4 years of experience in Security Operations or IT Security.Broad understanding of Email Security, IAM/IGA concepts, and Endpoint Security.Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to follow SOPs and work in a fast-paced environment.
