This role involves identifying and onboarding the right partner laboratories and hospitals for health check-ups and diagnostic services. The individual will be responsible for negotiating competitive pricing, managing end-to-end internal processes, and ensuring timely execution of agreements. Key responsibilities include partner relationship management, onboarding, commercial negotiations, revenue and P&L ownership, and quick decision-making. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, leading weekly governance calls to identify areas for mutual improvement, and driving utilization through innovative strategies.How you will make an impact:Responsible for identifying the right partner Labs, and Hospitals for the fulfillment of diagnostic services and health check-ups across India & negotiating for competitive pricing, getting ready with all the internal steps.Partner relationship management, Onboarding, Negotiation, Revenue distribution, P&L management, quick decision-making.Gauging Performance Metrics, Weekly governance calls to identify mutual areas of improvement, out-of-box strategies to improve utilization, Product improvements/Feature Additions on Dashboards, Partner Payments, etc will be core responsibilities.Qualify the provider quality, lead the negotiation and ensure timely agreement execution..Collaborate with various internal teams such as finance, legal and operations to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.Report KPIs in terms of TAT of closure, Provider NPS, etcWe are looking for people who:Over 2 years of proven experience in acquiring and onboarding a diverse network of diagnostic laboratories.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Skilled in negotiating pricing and terms with service providers.Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.What we offer:Opportunity to directly work on a very innovative product that has a big societal impact.Opportunity to work with a cross-functional team consisting of leading medical brains, tech geeks, operations gurus.An open set-up where you can innovate every day.
