We are focused in technology innovation to accelerate the digital transformation of our customers, end users with a modern process driven development cycle ensuring high quality and scalable solutions that is compliant, secure, high performance and reliable.Must have 4-6 years of experience as PeopleSoft HCM Techno-functional Consultant, preferably with experience in Global Payroll and Absence Management. • Provide end to end support for PeopleSoft Global Payroll UK, including payroll run monitoring, issue resolution, and supporting payroll operations. • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll calculation errors, retro-pay issues, and element configuration problems. • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and implement payroll enhancements or statutory updates. • Hands-on experience with People tools like Application Designer, Application Engine, People Code, Component Interface, and Integration Broker. • Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.• Document technical solutions, configurations, and contribute to knowledge base development. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong ownership of assigned tasks.• Strong SQL skills and experience working with Oracle or similar databases.• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
