About the Role

As Senior Manager – Business Finance, you will play a key role in shaping financial strategies and providing valuable insights to business teams. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional units, develop financial plans, and ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet the organization’s goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business units to align financial strategies with operational execution.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to drive decision-making and optimize budget allocations.
  • Develop and track Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and OKRs to meet financial objectives.
  • Conduct variance analysis and develop action plans to close gaps between financial projections and actual results.
  • Manage monthly financial close processes, ensuring accurate reporting and corrections as needed.
  • Lead financial scenario planning for new initiatives and product enhancements.
  • Participate in automation projects to streamline and enhance financial processes.
  • Mentor and guide direct reports, ensuring high-performance standards.


Qualifications

  • Education: MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from a top-tier institution.
  • Experience: 5-9 years of experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in Business Finance.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
  • Expert in communicating with business leaders.
