About the JobWe're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our AI/ML efforts, driving innovation and excellence in machine learning model design, development, and deployment. As a Lead AI/ML Engineer, you'll spearhead a team of engineers, guiding them to successfully deploy projects leveraging AI/ML technologies to solve complex problems.You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and drive innovation. Your responsibilities include optimizing model performance, conducting rigorous testing, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends. Additionally, you'll mentor team members, promote best practices, and contribute to strategic decision-making within the organization.Core ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Discuss client requirements and develop proposals tailored to their needs, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.Demonstrations and Workshops: Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates in line with customer expectations and organizational financial guidelines.Model Oversight: Oversee the development and deployment of AI models, particularly those generating content such as text, images, or other media.AI Solutions: Engage in coding, designing, developing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that drive business value and growth.Expertise Utilization: Leverage your expertise in NLP, Python programming, LLMs, Deep Learning, and AI principles to drive the development of transformative technologies and innovative solutions.Leadership and Initiative: Actively lead projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.Strategic Development: Develop value-creating strategies and models to help clients innovate, drive growth, and increase profitability through data-driven insights and recommendations.Technology Awareness: Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of the competition.Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Employ logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results-oriented solutions.Client Interfacing: Demonstrate strong client interfacing skills, building trust and rapport with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.Project and Team Management: Manage projects and teams efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
