Embedded Memory Test EngineerAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Embedded Memory Test Engineer to implement hardware Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST) features to support Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), in-system test, debug, and diagnostics needs of memories in design.The successful candidate will work closely with our Design, Verification, and Backend teams to enable integration and validation of test logic throughout all phases of design and backend implementation flow.This role requires strong scripting skills for designing and debugging with minimal oversight.Involvement in high-quality pattern release to the test team and supporting silicon bring-up and yield improvement is also a key responsibility.Key Qualifications:Experience as an ASIC Design DFT engineer with a broad mix of technologies including memory testing and silicon engineering trends.Hands-on experience in MBIST, JTAG & IJTAG protocols, and scan architectures.Verification skills including System Verilog, LEC, and validating test timing of the design.Experience working with gate-level simulations, VCS, and other simulators.Understanding of System Verilog, UVM/VMM is an advantage.Post-silicon validation and debug experience, ability to work with ATE patterns.Strong verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Scripting skills: Python/Perl.Benefits and Opportunities:A competitive compensation package.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.About Us:We are a leading technology company that designs and develops innovative semiconductor solutions.Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.We value innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
