We're Hiring: Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable ManagerLocation:AhmedabadCompany Group: 3 Manufacturing Units + 2 Contracting Companies (Earthen Group)Earthen group, a fast-growing leader in decorative wall textures and surface finishes, is looking for a highly competent and disciplined Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Manager to handle and streamline the complete receivables and payables operations across our 3 manufacturing companies and 2 contracting companies. Key Responsibilities • Full ownership of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable across all group companies• Daily monitoring of outstanding receivables and follow-ups• Vendor payment planning, scheduling, and timely processing • Coordination with sales teams, project teams, and factory heads for accurate billing• Tracking credit limits, ageing reports, and ensuring minimum overdue• Maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly summaries for management • Ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and proper record-keeping• Supporting internal audits and reconciling inter-company transactions Candidate Profile• Minimum 5+ years of AR/AP experience (manufacturing or contracting industry preferred) • Strong command over Tally, Excel, and accounting workflows • Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills • Highly disciplined, organized, and comfortable handling multi-company operations • Ability to work efficiently with senior management and cross-functional teams What We Offer• Opportunity to work with a fast-growing pan-India group• Professional work culture and long-term growth• Competitive salary based on experience and capability How to ApplySend yourCV to hr@eathentextures.com(Or message directly on LinkedIn)
