Job Opportunity:The role of an Oracle Application Administrator entails ensuring the stability, security and optimal performance of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications by effectively managing, configuring and supporting these systems.Create and manage user accounts, roles and security permissions to ensure compliance with established regulations.Utilize Oracle tools to monitor system health, application availability and performance metrics.Plan, coordinate and implement quarterly updates, patches and new releases in a timely manner.Identify, analyze and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.Maintain production configurations, security settings and reference data to prevent potential disruptions.Manage data imports/exports, data validation and protection tasks efficiently.Required Skills & Qualifications:Hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, specifically HCM/ERP/SCM modules.A strong understanding of Fusion security, roles, privileges and user provisioning procedures.Knowledge of quarterly patching cycles and Oracle maintenance processes is essential.The ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues effectively.Familiarity with data import processes and HDL/FBDI is preferred.
