Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled loan processing professional to join our team in a dynamic Australian Mortgage Broking firm.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain exposure to an Australian work culture while working closely with a collaborative and supportive team.The role requires excellent English language proficiency, strong organizational skills, and experience in loan processing.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve issues efficiently.Manage Loan Files: Oversee the entire loan processing lifecycle, from initial lead stage through to formal approval. Prepare accurate loan documents, review file data, manage compliance, maintain secure filing systems, and follow up with stakeholders.Lender Policies - Conduct thorough research on lender products and policies. Understand residential lending policies and SMSF lending policies is a bonus.Analyse Information & Administration: Perform detailed analysis and verification of client financial documentation. Assess customer documents against policy standards, research lender requirements, manage compliance, prepare accurate reporting.Data Management: Organise, update, and maintain secure digital files in line with confidentiality and regulatory procedures.Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or Master of Business Administration, or related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a loan processor, servicing the Australian marketTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).Attention to Detail: Strong attention to accuracy and detail, especially in document preparation and data entry.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity for loan processing professionals to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.About the RoleThis is a full-time role with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
