This high-impact role requires a combination of functional leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise in diving deep into complex systems. Success in this role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. Key Responsibilities•Lead discovery and solutioning across business functions for manufacturing organizations, with a focus on digital transformation and deep system analysis.•Dive deep into enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, PLM/product engineering systems, and sales platforms to understand current workflows, identify gaps, and define requirements.•Analyze data flows, integration points, and system architectures to propose scalable, integrated solutions.•Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to define and design future-state business processes and functional solutions.•Conduct detailed functional discovery and provide guidance on how to optimize existing systems and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.•Lead pre-sales engagements, articulating the value of solutions and ensuring alignment across executive leadership, functional teams, and end users.Requirements•An MBA or deep functional expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries, with a strong understanding of enterprise data systems.•4+ years of experience in ERP implementation or functional consulting within manufacturing•Extensive experience in functional consulting, particularly in system analysis, solution design, and process optimization, not just implementation.•Ability to drive clarity from complexity, working across multiple business functions to design and analyzing solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.•Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to Have•Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, where adaptability and agility are essential.•Experience in the manufacturing industry or demonstrated ability to quickly understand and adapt to different business processesAbout Us Analyttica is a rapidly growing leader in data and analytics, driven by a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering high-impact projects.
