Leading Frontend Architect

Senior Frontend Software EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex frontend architectures for large-scale applications. This includes leading the evolution of frontend architecture, evaluating and implementing microfrontend architecture, and modernizing legacy codebases through refactoring and library upgrades.You will also provide technical leadership to the frontend team, define coding standards, and enforce clean architecture principles. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, establish unit testing practices, and ensure engineering excellence.An essential part of your role will be mentoring junior developers, supporting talent development across the team, and driving technical interviews and contributing to frontend talent acquisition.You will collaborate with backend teams maintaining Node.js/Express services to ensure seamless application behavior and implement diagnostic tools, logs, and debugging strategies for legacy frontend-backend interactions.Furthermore, you will lead the transformation of testing strategy across frontend systems, evaluate multiple end-to-end testing frameworks, and establish standardized testing practices. You will build and integrate automated test pipelines with CI/CD to improve deployment reliability.The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Angular/Vue acceptable if strong fundamentals). Experience architecting large-scale frontend applications and microfrontend architecture is essential.
