We are looking for energetic, target-driven Bench Sales Recruiters who are passionate about US staffing, vendor coordination, and consultant marketing.Whether you are a fresher with strong communication skills or an experienced bench sales recruiter, we have the right growth path for you.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket IT consultants (C2C) to Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clientsHandle end-to-end bench sales process for US IT requirementsDaily sourcing & marketing through:Vendor callsEmailsLinkedIn & job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)Maintain and build strong relationships with:Vendor ManagersImplementation PartnersPrime VendorsUnderstand client requirements and match consultants accordinglyCoordinate with internal teams for:Resume updatesRate negotiationsInterview schedulingMaintain daily call reports, submissions, and follow-upsWork on US time zones and meet daily/weekly targetsRequired Skills & QualificationsFor Freshers (0–1 Year):Excellent English communication (verbal & written)Strong interest in US IT Staffing / RecruitmentWillingness to work in US shiftGood attitude, confidence, and learning mindsetFor Experienced Candidates (1–8 Years):Proven experience in US Bench Sales / C2C staffingStrong understanding of:Vendor chain (Prime / Sub-vendor / End Client)C2C, W2, 1099 modelsExperience handling multiple consultants on benchStrong negotiation and closing skillsHands-on experience with job portals & CRM tools Nice to Have Existing vendor contactsExperience managing bench sales teamsExposure to BFSI / Healthcare / Insurance IT rolesKnowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD)
