Job Summary:The Quality Assurance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of software products by overseeing testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories.This position involves developing test scripts from use cases, user stories, and other sources, collaborating with team members to undertake testing during development sprints and before product releases.Key Responsibilities:Interact with business analysts/product owners and customer representatives to assess if acceptance criteria have been met.Collaborate with development team members to set up and run automated tests.Write and maintain automated test scripts in specified tools.SUPPORT external test partners in carrying out specialist testing activities.Ensure testing is conducted on multiple supported browsers and devices.Develop and implement a test automation strategy to increase testing coverage.Assist with bug/defect tracking, debugging, and fixing where appropriate.Be responsible for Test environment deployments to test latest/new development.Continuously improve efficiency within delivery teams.Lead Penetration and performance testing of systems in line with company policy and customer expectation.Mentorship and Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to R&D team in QA and SDLC processes, help team members achieve personal development goals.Requirements:Substantial software development content.Experience writing code with Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, or C#.3+ Years of Automation Test/SDET experience.Over 10 years of proven Automation Test/SDET experience with leadership abilities and test strategy experience.Proven experience in GxP-regulated environments, Computer System Validation (CSV), and ETL data integration processes.Ability to work closely with Developers and Product Owners to ensure features/bug fixes are 'shippable' by sprint end.International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Test Manager Advanced Level Certification.Team Leadership experience within a testing team.Understanding of web technologies (such as .NET, HTML etc.).Experience of manually testing and snagging websites/web-software.Additional Requirements:Contribute to Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement sessions, Sprint review/Retrospectives and Daily Stand-up meetings.
