Role Overview:


We are seeking a Software Engineer - 2 with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performing web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of React principles and best practices, along with a strong background in front-end development and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex React-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.


Responsibilities:


- Develop new user-facing features and enhance existing functionality using React.js and related technologies.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate UI/UX designs and requirements into functional web applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution of bugs and performance bottlenecks. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React.js and related technologies, and continuously improve development processes.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, assisting them in their growth and skill development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and contribute to architectural discussions.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Extensive experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js, Redux, and related libraries.

- Solid understanding of web fundamentals, including DOM manipulation, HTTP protocols, and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with modern front-end development tools and workflows like Webpack, Babel, Git, and CI/CD.

- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.

- Familiarity with server-side rendering and SEO optimization for React applications.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope
