Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst Functional Consultant

Overview:We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Process Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps to drive business process improvements and support system implementations. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless project execution and user adoption.Key Responsibilities:Analyze, design, and implement business solutions using Dynamics CRM and Power AppsManage Hyper Care incident processes, ensuring timely resolution of critical issuesFacilitate coordination between developers, testers, and product owners throughout the project lifecycleGather and document business requirements; translate into functional specificationsConduct gap analysis between current and desired business processesCreate and maintain documentation including process flows, user stories, and training materialsPerform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Provide training and support to end-users on new features and processesMonitor system performance and recommend improvementsStay current with Dynamics CRM and Power Apps capabilities and best practicesRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power AppsExperience in Hyper Care incident managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant)Experience in change management and process improvementKnowledge of data analysis and visualization toolsExperience with Sales, Field Service, and CRM modulesBest RegardsHemanth Kumar
