Branch Automation Product VisionaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Branch Automation Product Visionary to define, govern, and execute the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end strategy for our comprehensive Branch Automation platform.This role ensures that our product remains compliant, operationally efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving branch-level service needs, regulatory expectations, and digital transformation initiatives.Responsibilities:Communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for our Branch Automation platform, ensuring alignment with branch-banking priorities, operational efficiency goals, regulatory expectations, commercial objectives, and competitive positioning.Drive the Branch UX Modernization agenda, ensuring teller screens provide modern workflows, dual-monitor support, accessibility compliance, rapid navigation, and performance improvements that directly impact teller efficiency.Owning, prioritizing, and regularly updating the product backlog, focusing on high-value branch automation features and modules (e.g., account services, cash operations, teller workflows, approvals, audit & reconciliation), and adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.Managing the Migration & Version Upgrade Roadmap for our Branch Automation platform, ensuring seamless adoption across banks while maintaining backward compatibility and minimizing operational disruption.Converting business, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria tailored for development, QE, and integration teams.Ensuring clarity of ownership across product teams and aligning delivery milestones with strategic roadmap objectives.Owning and governing integration standards, especially for core-driven transactional flows.Ensuring consistency and quality of all integrations across:- Core banking APIs and orchestration patterns- Cash recycler, cash dispenser, cheque scanner, and peripheral device lifecyclesCollaborating with enterprise architects to enforce API versioning, error handling, resilience patterns, and performance benchmarks.Monitoring product performance using analytics and KPIs (transaction throughput, teller efficiency, audit exceptions, adoption, customer satisfaction), and driving continuous improvement based on feedback, operational insights, and industry benchmarks.Overseeing security, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous enhancement for operational resilience.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (sales, delivery teams, operations units, compliance, and banking clients) to gather feedback, communicate changes in priorities, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment across all parties.Driving Client Success alignment, including:- Developing adoption playbooks and implementation guidelines- Defining rollout strategies for new branch modules- Coordinating training materials, user guides, and demo scenariosRepresenting product in demos, conferences, workshops, and strategic meetingsAbout UsWe are a global technology company with more than two decades of expertise in the Financial Services industry.
