Job Title: AI DeveloperThis role focuses on creating deployable and optimized artificial intelligence agents that support research automation, ESG analysis, and sustainability intelligence workflows.The incumbent will work as a primary technical specialist collaborating across research and product teams to enable scalable AI-driven solutions within a remote setting.Main Responsibilities:Developing autonomous assistive AI agents for sustainability research consulting workflowsIntegrating agent solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, sustainability databases, and external client systemsCollaborating with internal research consulting teams to develop, test, and refine agent-driven products and reporting solutions, e.g., ESG TCFD scenario analysisSupporting R&D of new agent features, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflow orchestration, and prompt engineeringOptimizing system performance for Indian and international clients, balancing scalability, uptime, and data securityCreating technical user documentation and providing occasional end-user training and onboardingRequired Skills and Qualifications:Prior experience in building agentic workflows using technologies such as RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and orchestration libraries like CrewAI or LangGraphStrong foundation in Python and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks, e.g., LangChain, Llama Index, OpenAI API, Claude APIExperience with cloud platforms, AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies, Docker, KubernetesUnderstanding of API development integration patterns and microservices architectureFamiliarity with sustainability data standards and ESG frameworks is a strong advantageFundamentals of data visualization and dashboard integration for research deliverablesStrong communication and remote-collaboration skills adapted to multi-location teams
