Admissions Manager - Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior Locations: Agra | Jhansi | Bhopal | Indore | Jabalpur | Guwahati | Patna Mode: Remote Experience: 4–5 years in Admissions / Student Recruitment / Channel Management   About the Role Amity University Madhya Pradesh (AUMP) invites applications for dynamic and goal-oriented  Admission Managers  to drive student enrolments across key regions. The ideal candidate will be a local professional with strong regional networks, capable of developing and managing relationships with admission partners, consultants, schools, and coaching centres to meet institutional admission targets.   Key Responsibilities Build and strengthen partnerships with admission agents, education consultants, coaching institutes, and schools in the assigned region. Achieve admission and enrolment targets through structured outreach, counselling, and lead-conversion activities. Conduct and arrange school and college visits, career seminars, and info sessions to promote AUMP programs. Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring ethical practices and adherence to university policies. Coordinate regional marketing and outreach campaigns in collaboration with the central admissions and marketing teams. Maintain accurate data on leads, partner performance, and regional conversion ratios. Provide regular market intelligence on competitor strategies, student trends, and regional opportunities. Support the central team in organising admission drives, counselling sessions, and open houses. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate / Postgraduate 4–5 years of proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, business development, or educational consulting — with universities, colleges, or reputed education brands. Strong network within the education ecosystem of the respective region (agents, schools, coaching centres). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with hybrid/field operations.
