Job Title: Data Solutions DirectorThis strategic leadership role is responsible for driving the development of data solutions across APAC, working closely with global teams to establish regional standards and deploy GenAI capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of Principal Analysts to develop and implement data solutions that meet business needs.Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to design and implement unified data definitions and semantic models.Deploy GenAI capabilities to enhance data governance and quality across multiple markets.Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles, including recent people management.Demonstrable experience within General Insurance data domains.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance).Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica.Strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models.Hands-on experience delivering GenAI applications (RAG, embeddings, LLM prototyping), with understanding of responsible AI.Experience implementing enterprise data catalog and lineage platforms.Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality across multiple markets.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven success engaging senior executives internationally.What We Offer:Opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic initiatives.Collaborative work environment with global teams.Professional growth and development opportunities.
