Accounting SpecialistJob Title: Accounting SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, in a timely and efficient manner.Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.Prepare and process payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring timely payment of employees.Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, identifying areas for improvement.Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assist management in decision-making, providing insights into the company's financial performance.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities, taking corrective action as necessary.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively.Provide financial information to external auditors as needed, ensuring transparency and accountability.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.US shiftSalary- 4-4.2 lpa
