We are in search of a talented and creative Graphics Designer to craft captivating and brand-aligned graphics across various media. The candidate will be required to visualize and produce graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, banners, mailers, images, carousals, and photos. Candidate should be instrumental in shaping the visual elements of websites and other web-related graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly analyze design briefs to discern project requirements.
Strategically plan project timelines and establish budget parameters.
Generate innovative visual concepts in alignment with project specifications.
Translate initial ideas into preliminary drafts for presentation.
Produce intricate illustrations, logos, and designs using both software and manual techniques.
Apply an adept selection of colors and layouts for each graphic creation.
Collaborate harmoniously with copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs.
Ensure graphical consistency and effectiveness across diverse media platforms.
Skillfully integrate feedback to refine and enhance designs.
Assure the ultimate graphics and layouts adhere to brand identity and possess strong visual appeal.

Requirements:

Must have a strong background in servicing clients within the service-based industry and handling their social media marketing branding designs.
Should have Video editing skills.
Exceptional time management skills, consistently delivering work within brand guidelines and devoid of errors.
Continuously engage in industry benchmarking to remain at the forefront of emerging trends, technologies, and design software.
Proficiency in diverse design tasks such as crafting banners, posters, layouts, social media posts, logos, brand identities, and brochures.
A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field would be advantageous.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience of minimum 1 Year Graphics design.
Proficiency in a range of technical skills, including Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, and UI UX would be a plus, etc.
Educational background: Graduation in any specialization is required.
