Key Responsibilities
  • Handle admission inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails) and maintain proper records
  • Guide parents through the admission process, curriculum, and school offerings
  • Conduct school tours and engage parents effectively
  • Follow-up on leads to ensure timely conversions and achieve admission targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and events
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on inquiries and enrollments
Requirements
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Confident in handling walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Strong persuasive and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven, organized, and proactive
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in school admissions or education sector preferred
