JD :

OT Security Specialist is responsible for performing the following duties

2 Security Assessment Conducting OT Security risk assessments and security audits for operational systems to identify vulnerabilities based on OT Security standards NIST 80082 IEC 62443 etc

3 Incident Response Developing and implementing incident response plans for OT environments to minimize downtime and mitigate security incidents

4 Security Policies Establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures specific to operational technology

5 Network Security Implementing and maintaining security measures for OT networks to safeguard critical infrastructure

6 Compliance Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards relevant to OT security

7 Security Architecture Designing and maintaining a secure architecture for OT systems including firewalls intrusion detection systems and other security technologies

8 Training and Awareness Providing training and awareness programs to educate OT staff on security best practices and potential threats

9 Collaboration Collaborating with IT security teams to align OT security measures with broader organizational security strategies

10 Patch Management Overseeing the application of security patches and updates to OT systems in a timely and secure manner

11 Threat Intelligence Monitoring and analyzing threat intelligence to stay informed about emerging risks and vulnerabilities in the OT landscape

12 Access Control Implementing and managing access controls for OT systems to ensure only authorized personnel have appropriate access

13 Security Documentation Creating and maintaining documentation related to OT security policies procedures and incident response plans

14 Vendor Management Working with vendors to assess and enhance the security of thirdparty systems and components in the OT environment

15 Security Awareness Training Conducting training sessions to raise awareness about security risks and best practices among OT teams

16 Continuous Improvement Continuously evaluating and enhancing OT security measures based on evolving threats and industry best practices
