Our expertise in industry solutions for Retail, Manufacturing, Trade & Distribution, Finance, and Not for Profit organizations ensures our clients receive the best possible digital transformations.Position SummaryThe Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). This role involves collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver robust financial and operational systems that support the strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of both finance and operations modules within D365.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, customization, and deployment of D365 F&O solutions to meet complex business requirements.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain integrations between D365 F&O and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and data connectors.Write, review, and optimize X++ code, leveraging best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.Configure and extend D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Project Management.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert-level support to end users and junior developers.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.Document solution architectures, technical designs, and operational procedures in accordance with company standards.Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics product updates, new features, and industry trends, recommending improvements as appropriate.Mentor and train junior developers, promoting continuous learning and skills development within the team.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O, including extensive work with X++, MorphX, and related technologies.Strong understanding of finance and operations business processes, preferably within a Canadian context.Proficiency in integrating D365 F&O with external systems using OData, RESTful APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform.Demonstrated experience with upgrades, data migrations, and system performance optimization.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and automated testing frameworks is an asset.Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is preferred.Experience with API integrations for connecting D365 F&O with external applications.Ability to create new UI forms, UI extensions, and customizations.Hands-on experience with Data Management Framework (DMF).Working ConditionsFull-time position based in Pune, India with hybrid or remote work options available.Occasional travel may be required to company offices, client sites, or training events.Work schedule aligned to Canadian business hours, with flexibility to accommodate project needs.LocationPune, MaharashtraPositionPermanent, Full-timeHybrid & Remote AvailableWorking Hours6:00pm IST to 3am ISTAbility to JoinImmediateWith-in 30 daysNote: Don't apply if you are fresher or student and don't have minimum of 10 years of experience in AX/F&O Development
